I hope you enjoy this littlle exhibition .These original designs are various sizes, though all smaller than an A4 and made from many different materials including watercolour, acrylics, gel pens and felt tips.  Some are created from  collage from magazines or coloured paper , especially the patterns.  However all of them can be bought as A4 or poster size photographic prints

Here are a couple of examples of my work.

The general format of my series B images comes from an idea I have about the structure of language.  I try to explore semantic values by expressing the dynamic inter-relationships of concepts.  All very abstract.

There are a lot of triangles in my images, both two and three dimensional, they are not a reference to pyramids.  They are pure geometry.  Tetrahedrons are four sided triangular forms, a pyramid usually has four triangles and a square base creating a whole different dynamic.  Pyramids have links with death rebirth or portals, whereas the tetrahedron is connected with geodesics.  Buckminster Fuller researched a lot with them, and made the geodesic dome quite popular in the 1960's.

Most of the work is printed from an original, apart from the patterns, they are created from collage and only exist as print.
